LVP flooring
Removed carpet, pulled nail strips, prepped the floor for LVP, painted trim from brown to white, and installed Stainmaster flooring through the main project area.
Add-on flooring
Removed a wall, removed old carpet, cleaned up nail strips, prepped for LVP, and added another 260 sq ft of Stainmaster flooring to the original project.
Bathroom flooring
Removed old stick-on flooring, repaired hidden water damage, replaced the toilet ring, installed about 100 sq ft of flooring, continued into a closet, and finished with trim and water-aware sealing.
Office flooring
Removed heavily damaged LVP, dried moisture from a window leak, sealed the window with silicone, inspected for further damage, and installed eight boxes of Stainmaster flooring with new trim.
Flooring plus plumbing
Removed old flooring, repaired subfloor damage, added new PEX for a vanity, installed waterproof LVP plank, sealed the area, and prepared the room for trim finish.
Light electrical
Ran new Romex through an accessory building, added insulation, installed a subpanel, planned circuits for lights, kitchen, and outlets, and left room for future 120V or 240V circuit needs.
